Ritual: Men's Steaming Ritual

An invitation to men to participate in a traditional group steaming ritual.

We will be singing traditional men’s songs and working with plant medicines which cleanse, strengthen and empower men.

There will be a short introduction to Dinare traditional men’s processes.

Hot soup will be enjoyed after.

Bring a brother or two and join us for an empowering experience.
